soft Xpansion Perfect PDF Reader is a free PDF viewing and reading utility with some interesting add-ons. The main purpose of this tool is to allow you to read and highlight or annotate any information you consider relevant, and save and share the annotated PDF file easily. Another interesting extra feature is its PDF to image/text exporting capabilities.

Even for a free PDF viewer, it is always difficult to compete with the mother of all free PDF readers – Adobe Reader. Actually, you will find a button in the program’s Windows-like ribbon with an Adobe Reader icon in it, which will open the active PDF file in that other reader as well when needed. However, you will find options and functionalities that are not available in Adobe’s leading tool, such as the possibility of exporting the pages of any PDF document as image files in any of the various popular formats supported, or of filling PDF forms in and saving them as new PDF documents. Unlike other similar tools, this free PDF reader allows you to search for a text string not only inside the active document but also in entire folders.

The program offers you various ways of annotating and commenting your PDF documents, such as highlighting selected text, drawing freehand shapes around the elements you wish to highlight, or by adding traditional sticky notes with your comments. You can combine any or all of those in the same document to avoid repetition or to stress the importance of a specific annotation. more

All of a sudden, when I open my pdf files with the Perfect pdf program, the font looks like greek. It was fine last week. What could have happened?
